1100 H18 H24 Mill Finished Polished Alloy Tube Aluminium Round Pipe
1100 aluminum alloy round pipes in H18 and H24 tempers are a common industrial aluminum material. Their surface treatments are Mill Finished (rolled surface) and Polished (polished).
H18 temper: Fully hardened state, cold-rolled without annealing, offering the highest strength but poorer plasticity, suitable for applications requiring strength but not secondary forming.
H24 temper: Semi-hardened state, cold-rolled and partially annealed, achieving a balance between strength and formability, suitable for applications requiring bending, stamping, and other processing.
H18 temper: Fully hardened state, cold-rolled without annealing, offering the highest strength but poorer plasticity, suitable for applications requiring strength but not secondary forming.
